By entering the fitness club during unstaffed hours, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all club policies. If you do not agree with these policies, please do not access the facility during unstaffed hours. Unstaffed hours subject to change without notice. 🕒 Member Access – Staffed & Unstaffed Hours
All members must scan their key fob to enter, regardless of whether it’s during staffed or unstaffed hours.
Key fobs must be kept in good condition in order to be able to scan. Replacement cost for key fob is $10.
Tailgating (holding the door for others) is strictly prohibited at all times. You must close the door behind you. All entries are monitored by door logs and cameras. Holding the door some anyone claiming they “forgot their fob” will result in a $25 fee.
Allowing unauthorized access to others will result in a $25 day pass fee per person charged to your account. Repeated violations may result in termination.
Membership must be in good standing for the door to unlock. If your billing fails, you’ll receive a text with a payment link. Access will remain blocked until payment is made via link or in-person with staff.
🔁 Forgotten Fobs
If you forget your fob, you may request entry by calling us at 401-315-0115
This is allowed occasionally, but repeated incidents will require the purchase of a replacement fob. $10.
During unsupervised hours: No Fob = No Access.
🧍♂️ Guest Access Rules
Guest must sign a waiver during staffed hours before being allowed in during unsupervised hours.
Guests may only enter with eligible members. Eligible members receive one (1) guest pass on designated days (ask staff for your eligible days).
All Guests Must:
Be with a member who has guest privileges
Have a signed waiver on file
Be 13+ years of age and waiver signed by adult 18+
During Staffed Hours:
Guests can walk in with a member.
Waiver and ID checked at the front desk. (You must stop at desk)
During Unstaffed Hours:
Guests must be pre-registered by texting 401-315-0115 This must be done prior to entering the gym.
Include your full name, membership type, guest’s full name.
Example: “John Smith, Platinum, Joe Johnson”
If a guest is brought in without signing a waiver and/or on days you do not have guest privilege and/or if you do not pre-register with text to the gyms number you will be charged $25 and your account may be terminated.
Member is 100% responsible for guest behavior.
🧼 Cleanup Policy (gym floor)
Mandatory Equipment Cleaning: All members are required to wipe down all equipment after use with provided disinfectants.
Returning Weights and Equipment: All members are required to re-rack weights and return equipment to its designated places after use.
Enforcement Through Surveillance:
Violations will result in a $50 cleanup fee charged to your payment method on file.
Continued violations will result in termination of membership.
🧼 Bathroom Etiquette
Wipe down Surfaces: Members are expected to keep a bathrooms clean including wiping down sinks, counters, and mirrors.
Dispose of Trash Properly: All trash should be placed in trash bin. Feminine products must be placed in proper receptacle- do not flush.
Report Issues: Text 401-315-0115 if you notice any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns
🔊 TV & Music
Music and TVs may not run during unstaffed hours.
Members are not permitted to turn on TV’s or music
Lights will shut off 15 minutes after closing. Anyone in the building after lights turn off will have their membership terminated.
💼 Retail and Amenities
Retail and towel services are closed during unstaffed hours.
Water refill stations remain open.
🚨 Emergencies
Call 911 immediately for any emergency.
The AED is located by the front door.
Use designated fire exits only.
Pulling the fire alarm will result in an immediate unlocking of the front door.
If multiple people are present, please designate one person to remain at the door to let in emergency personnel.
Panic pendants are located at the front — please wear one while lifting and return it after. Stolen panic pendants will result in a $100 replacement charge
🔐 Security & Surveillance
The gym is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.
All fob scans are logged and reviewed daily.
Suspicious or unauthorized activity may result in immediate termination of membership as well as fines.
🚫 Unauthorized Use
Guests may not remain in the facility without their sponsoring member present.
Fob sharing is strictly prohibited. Any fob use by someone other than the registered member will result in a $100 fine and possible membership termination.
No outside trainers are allowed. All training must be conducted by Westerly Fitness staff. Any unauthorized training will result in immediate termination of membership.
🧳 Lockers & Personal Items
Lockers are for day use only.
Do not leave items overnight.
