What Can You Expect?

Classes are 45 minutes in length with a maximum of ten (10) participants per class and will include exercises to improve balance, coordination, range of motion, muscular strength and endurance, as well a strengthening core muscles.

All you need to bring is water and a positive attitude and we’ll take care of the rest

Who Qualifies for Moving Silver?

Anyone 60 or older with a standard gym membership or Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers, Renew Active.

Have insurance but unsure if you have these programs included for free? Call the customer service number on your insurance card and ask if you have a gym membership program included in your insurance plan

Strength & Agility

Class is a dynamic and engaging class specifically designed to enhance physical fitness, mobility, and overall well-being in older adults. This class focuses on two key components: building strength and improving agility. 45 minutes in length. Bring water.


Class is a specially tailored exercise program designed to improve overall fitness and functional strength in older adults. This class consists of a series of stations, each targeting different muscle groups and aspects of fitness such as strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. 45 minutes. Bring water.

Full Body Strength

Class is a comprehensive workout program designed to target all major muscle groups in a safe and effective manner. Participants engage in a variety of exercises using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements to improve strength, flexibility, and overall functional fitness. 45 minutes. Bring water.

Balance & Mobility

Class is a specialized program focused on improving stability, coordination, and overall mobility. Through a series of exercises and drills targeting balance, agility, and flexibility, participants work to enhance their ability to move confidently and safely in daily activities, ultimately promoting independence and reducing the risk of falls. 45 minutes.
