Lower Body Burn

Strong and functional legs are the backbone to well-defined body. You’ll tone your legs and build your glutes while improving your confidence and self esteem. Open to all fitness levels. 45 minutes.

Zumba!

Let it go and move your body to the music while feeling like a superstar in this high energy class. Open to all fitness levels. 60 minutes.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the seamless connection between breath and movement. In a Vinyasa class, poses are linked together in a flowing sequence, creating a smooth, rhythmic progression from one posture to the next. Open to all fitness levels. 45 minutes

Strength

Strength is designed to enhance your total body strength through a combination of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. Open to all fitness levels. 45 minutes.

Bag Attack

Bag Attack is a fast-paced, high-intensity workout that combines powerful strikes on the heavy bag with body-weight exercises during active rest intervals. Open to all fitness levels. 45 minutes.

Barbell Pump

Barbell Pump is a dynamic strength and cardio class that uses cardio barbells to sculpt and tone your entire body. You'll power through high-rep, low-weight barbell exercises that target all major muscle groups, mixed with bursts of cardio. Open to all fitness levels. 45 minutes.

Power & Plyo

Power & Plyo is an explosive workout designed to build stronger, more powerful muscles through a mix of power training and plyometric exercises. Open to all fitness levels. 45 minutes.

Bench & Burn

Bench & Burn is a high-energy class combining the FITBENCH, body-weight cardio, and intervals on Assault Bikes and Treadmills. Build strength, burn calories, and push your endurance in this full-body workout designed to challenge all fitness levels! Open to all fitness levels. 45 minutes.

Class Policies

Booking

  • Classes may be book up to 14 days in advance and up to 2 hours prior to start time.

  • Cancellation must be made at least 2 hours prior to class start time.

  • A minimum of 3 participants, confirmed 2 hours prior to class, is required for class to take place. If minimum is not met, members will be notified.

Guest Policy

  • Guests may attend class with a member on approved guest days.

Equipment

  • Yoga blocks and straps are provided for Yoga classes.

  • Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required for boxing classes. Gloves must be at least 14oz. Members may bring their own or purchase hand wraps from the front desk.

Class Cancellation Policy: To protect instructor time and ensure fair access to classes, we require all class cancellation to be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of class - or failure to attend a booked class - will be considered a late cancellation.

Late Cancel / No-Show:

  • First late cancellation: Courtesy warning

  • Continued late cancellation or no-shows will result in a $10 fee
